Set up your voicemail greeting in the Onsite mobile app. That's where you choose your voicemail mode, use an AI greeting, or add a custom recording.
Can I set up my greeting on the web?
Not right now. On the web, Settings > Voicemail points you to the mobile app for voicemail mode, AI greetings, and custom recordings.
Can I listen to voicemail on the web?
Yes. In Phones, select Voicemail to play messages and read transcriptions.
