See your recent calls, filter to missed or active calls, and find a specific call.
On web
In Phones, select History.
Select All calls, Active, or Missed.
Select Open search to find a call.
Review the caller, date, and call activity for each call.
In the mobile app
In the bottom bar, select the phone icon.
At the top, select History (the clock icon).
Select All Calls or Missed.
Review the caller, number, and date for each call.
To see more about a call, select the info button (the circled "i") on its row, then follow the steps on screen.
To open the dial pad, select the keypad icon (the grid of dots) at the top. Only place a call when you intend to.
