Play your voicemail messages and read their transcriptions. The voicemail list shows the caller, the date, and how long each recording is.
On web
In Phones, select Voicemail.
Select the voicemail you want to review.
Select Play voicemail.
Use Seek voicemail to move forward or back in the recording.
Read the Transcription, if one is available.
In the mobile app
In the bottom bar, select the phone icon.
At the top, select the voicemail icon. It shows Voicemail when selected.
Select the voicemail you want to review. Its details open at the bottom of the screen.
Select the play button to listen. Drag the bar above it to move forward or back.
Read the Transcription, if one is available.
The details also have a speaker button and a phone button for calling back.
