Update your profile and appearance

Change your name, profile photo, and whether Onsite uses light or dark mode.

Update the name and photo on your profile, and choose how Onsite looks.

Update your profile

  1. Open your settings. On web, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings. In the mobile app, on Home, select the account icon (the circle of dots) in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Profile. In the mobile app, select My Profile, under Account.

  3. Review your name and email.

  4. In Name, edit your name.

  5. To change your photo, select Replace photo, then follow the steps on screen.

Change your appearance

Note: If you picked an appearance mode when you first started using Onsite, you can change it here at any time.

  1. Open your settings. On web, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings. In the mobile app, on Home, select the account icon (the circle of dots) in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Appearance. In the mobile app, it's under Account.

  3. Choose Light, Dark, or System. System matches your device setting.
